In German or English — whichever feels more natural to you.
Both work well. Online is ideal for quick interventions, targeted preparation and ongoing support. On-site is best suited for workshops, team building and key moments. Travel costs are calculated transparently.
Depending on your needs, support typically ranges from 2 to 6 weeks.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled session. After that, staggered cancellation fees apply — details are outlined in the terms and conditions. A one-time rescheduling is always possible up to 48 hours before the session.
Everything we discuss remains strictly confidential. Even in B2B contexts, no content from 1:1 sessions is shared with HR or leadership — only what you choose to share.
There are no industry restrictions. I work with organizations across all sectors that manage international assignments.
